Why?
You are planning to develop or launch a product and would like to know whether, in doing so, you will infringe one or more patents.
Our activities
We will search for relevant patents and patent applications that could hinder your company. We will study patents and patent applications that seem relevant at first sight in more detail to assess the risk of patent infringement.
We report our findings. If we have found relevant patents or patent applications, we will advise on how to deal with this. It may be possible, for example, to develop a product in such a way that it is not covered by any of the patents found.
Remarks
To limit the search (and costs), we may specifically search a competitor’s patent portfolio and/or limit the search to a specific geographical area and/or focus on specific aspects of the product that is going to be launched.
